What we believe... We believe that kids are the future of our church and our nations and deserve the best teaching and mentoring. We believe that individual churches should work together to be the hands and feet of Jesus and spread the gospel to the world. We believe that each person is created in the image of God and should be loved by us just as Jesus does. We believe that the Bible is the inerrant and inspired Word of God. We believe that faith in Jesus as the Savior is the only way to salvation. We believe that new beginnings start with repentance and can happen frequently and repeatedly. We believe that forgiveness is forever and that God is perfect at forgetting our sins even if we aren't. We believe that miracles still happen. We believe giving is far better than receiving, and a lot more rewarding. We believe that grace is free, not earned. We believe that both Heaven and hell are real places. We believe that worship can happen in blue jeans and t-shirts. We believe God's intent for marriage was and still is one man and one woman in union with Him. We believe in loving our neighbor. We believe in sending missionaries from our church to other areas and countries. We believe that we should be people of integrity and honesty inside and out of the church. (Matthew 5:13-16) We believe that we should be Christ-centered in all we do. Our goal as a church is to point people to Jesus and to worship him. We want people to see Jesus in us. (Philippians 3:10-11)
